In 2020, Nicole C. Pearson founded Facts Law Truth Justice, a Newport Beach-based human and civil rights law firm, in response to the unprecedented and historic wave of unconstitutional actions perpetrated by government agencies and corporations during the COVID-19 era. FLTJ litigates on behalf of individuals whose rights have been infringed, suing government agencies and officials in California.
FLTJ lawyers also provide legal and legislative analysis, as well as practical tools and online bootcamps empowering citizens to fight for their protected rights and liberties.
In order to promote rights education, FLTJ partnered with medical freedom advocacy groups such as California Freedom Keepers, A Voice for Choice, and Educate Advocate to provide citizens with seminars and tools to understand how to exercise their constitutional rights.
